众所周知，俄罗斯联邦内务部（МВД）是俄罗斯联邦政府重要组成部门之一，网络上的百科网站在介绍内务部时一般认为“相当于中国公安部，但职能范围较公安部低”。那么，俄罗斯联邦内务部到底有怎样的编制结构呢？想必这是需要我们共同学习研究并加以了解的问题。
总体上看，俄罗斯联邦内务部下辖9个总局（Main Directorates）、8个部（Departments）、10个管理局（Administrations）和15个中心（Centers）。下面，我们就一一分析这些机构的的名称和徽章标志。
